DSO Manager - International Experience - Sell the Whole Solution.


I'm recruiting a DSO Manager for a well known international client specialising in all manner of dental equipment and with the mission of aiding dental organisations in their growth worldwide. As a part of this, they're seeking to find an ideal applicant for a European position, working with all their clients in the continent to maximise their profitability and growth potential. This role will take you around the world and offer you a working life where no two days are the same and the chance to utilise your entire professional portfolio of tricks.


Responsibilites


- Oversees TOP DSO organisations to achieve the monthly, quarterly and annual targets and provide guidance for the local sales organisations inclusive involvement in important customer discussions.


- Jointly with VP of Sales EMEA identify and define business focus in budget and regular planning cycles.


- Create relationships to KOLs within the DSO organisation to support their business needs.


- Engage directly clinical directors within DSOs and clinicians, build reference clinics, create business opportunities.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education and work related experience


- At least 3 years experience in a similar DSO function in dental industry.


- At least 5 years experience in a Business Development or sales related function in dental or medical device industry.


- Strong capabilities in English (speaking and writing) is a must, further languages a plus.


- Experience in Project Management and solid analytic skills.


- Experienced in working in matrix organisation with strong track record of working in a global set up.


- Must have ability to segment markets and customers with previous successful record of achievement in developing sales and marketing strategies.


- Dynamic, straight-forward and performance-driven professional with strong execution abilities, can-do attitude and strong communication & presentation skills.


- Resilient - able to adapt and perform in changing customer and organisational environments.


- Self-starter with ability to develop things, using previous extensive DSO experience.


- Willingness to travel about 50% of the working time.


- Strong business ethics and integrity.
