Job Overview: Who are they?

A world renowned Global CRO are currently searching for a Senior Biostatistician to join their successful study delivery team. As a Director/Associate Director, you will join one of the largest, award winning and innovative Biostatistics departments and will be given access to cutting-edge in-house technology, allowing you to work on global projects across a variety of therapeutic areas.

What you will be doing ✍️

• Working closely with directors and leadership teams in a highly visible role, you will be a key point of contact with the clients Implementing your strong leadership qualities to effectively lead teams Using your extensive knowledge, you will be acting as the senior reviewer on multiple projects, managing project team resources, budget, finance, timelines and ensuring SOP compliance with appropriate documentation

What can you bring to the table? 💪

• Masters degree in statistics, biostatistics, mathematics or related field 10+ years of clinical trial experience in Biostatistics 5+ years of leading / managing a team  Excellent SAS programming skills Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal Superior management skills as shown through management of multiple projects and proven ability to manage, mentor, and motivate staff
