We are on the hunt for Production Operators to join our client's pharmaceutical company!
Our client is a rapidly expanding bio-pharma company located in Macquarie Park, that specialises in the manufacture of cell-based therapies.
The Production Operator will be working at a 24/7 manufacturing facility, and will need to have flexibility to commit to 12-hour shift pattern.
We are seeking applications from canddiates who have significant experience working in a GMP, TGA and ISO regulated environment, have a great technical aptitude, and outstanding work ethic.

Duties and responsibilities:
- Assembling medicinal products, operate manufacturing equipment, packaging activities
- Troubleshooting, fault-finding and preventative maintenance of equipment
- Batch processing of critical production components and associated GMP documentation
- Quality control activities and completing required GMP documentation
- Working to the production schedule to meet all production metrics
Skills and Requirements:
- Strong experience in a busy GMP, TGA and ISO manufacturing environment
- Proven experience working as a hands-on production operator
- Excellent ability to follow a documented process with minimal supervision
- Great team player attitude and great interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn quickly and efficiently
- High attention to detail and takes pride in quality of work
- Must be Australian Permanent resident or Australian Citizen
