THE POSITION

The global Human Pharma Product Communications team is growing!

Our team play a significant role in protecting, steering and growing our reputation globally and ensuring our important stakeholders understand our strategy, vision, mission and purpose. We develop and implement integrated communications strategies, aligned with corporate, business and affiliate objectives with a focus on supporting our Human Pharma products.

Tasks & responsibilities

• In your new role as Senior (Product) Communications Manager, you will be responsible for shaping and coordinating the global execution of the Global Communications Strategic Agenda across C&PGA functions and R/OPUs.
  
• Additionally, you will ensure that global campaigns and communications programs are in line with and support the Global Comms Strategic Agenda together with other functional teams and core stakeholders.
  
• In alignment with the Head of Product Comms you will drive the development and execution of specific communication strategies to support the positioning of Human Pharma Therapeutic Areas (TA), indications or specific products.
  
• Based upon your senior experience, you will serve as Business Partner to relevant stakeholders, provide strategic advice and contribute to developing suitable communications platforms and formats to reach audiences effectively.
  
• Moreover, you will be responsible for implementing global governance and core processes for all key areas, for ensuring consistent and flawless internal and external communications and support liaising with senior leadership.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in communication, science or other related areas with background and proven experience in product communications activities. A proven track record in acquiring business acumen or additional business background will be a plus
  
• Excellent editorial and copywriting skills with a broad scope including storytelling as well as experience in crisis and issues management
  
• Track record in the field of strategic product communications and experience in working in a matrixed organization
  
• Ability to transform a strategic vision into specific actions and plans and to anticipate business challenges, trends as well as internal and external stakeholders’ needs
  
• Excellent verbal and written command in English
