Main Responsibilities:

• Improving the Demand Consensus process at the Market, Region and Global level for Commercial Operations.

• Continuously improving the forecasting process for affiliates, distributors and tenders across CSL Behring.

• Defining ERP processes and system settings to successfully enable a solid system backbone for the demand planning and revenue monetization process.

• Ensuring an enhancement of forecast quality and customer service by tracking KPIs and monitoring control cockpit for measurements.

• Strong Data analytics skills and ability to design, build and deploy PowerBI dashboards.

• Constantly acting as a point-of-contact and reliable expert for the CSL Behring stakeholders and providing guidance and training for business functions.

• Developing and coaching a network of Market, SubRegional, and Regional Demand Planners to share knowledge and best practices.

• Translating business requirements and leading User Acceptance Testing activities for system enhancements and new functionlality.

• Acting as a global champion for process, data and system.

Your profile:

• Five to ten years of experience within the Demand Planning Process and Systems (SAP APO, Kinaxis, etc.).

• Good understanding of Demand Consensus processes in global matrix organizations.

• Excellent knowledge of best in class forecasting processes for different types of customers (e.g. affiliates, distributors and tenders).

• Good understanding of forecasting algorithms and system parameters to select right forecasting strategy per material (e.g. SAP, Kinaxis, RapidResponse).

• Kinaxis Rapid Response Author Level 2 certification (or ability to obtain it within 6 months) and excellent Power Platform skills.

• Project Management experience.

• Proven track record in successfully managing changes, ideally in the commercial environment.

• English Fluent, German strongly preferred.
