EMEA Marketing Coordinator - Oncology - Hertfordshire/Home based

  • Minimum 6 days/month in office
  • Exceptional opportunity to work in support Oncology brands

This family owned Global Pharmaceutical organisation are exclusively focused on the secondary care sector and specialise in ground breaking treatments including Oncology and Neurology.

They now seek a talented Marketer to join their highly successful EMEA Oncology team, where you will be responsible for a variety of vital supportive activities.

These will include (but not be limited to):

  • Coordination of relevant EMEA Customer Facing Marketing led events
  • Support EMEA Oncology marketing in the coordination of Oncology Marketing tactics
  • Support and coordinate Oncology portfolio marketing projects as required
  • Coordination of company presence at key international congresses for the EMEA Oncology Marketing Team

You will manage relationships with both internal (EMEA Oncology Brand Teams, EMEA Affiliate teams, Global Oncology Marketing Team) and external stakeholders (Conference organisers, logistics agencies, PR agencies, KOLs and other health care professionals)

Experience required:

  • Demonstrable working experience in a regional team
  • Proven experience of organising medium to large scale meetings, conferences, and exhibitions
  • Good computer skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Sound knowledge of budgetary procedures and understanding in processing project expenses
  • Excellent communication skills and proven ability to work in cross functional teams amongst a wide range of cultures
  • Strong commercial acumen with a high level of motivation towards achieving team and personal objectives
