On behalf of our client in Central London Pop Science is delighted to offer the position of Senior Product Manager (SaaS) to join their team. This role would suit an innovator who is looking to move to a young company where there are opportunities for everyone at all levels. You will be working with enterprise level pharmaceutical companies.

Our client's SaaS simplify adverse event reporting and product quality data capture and improve analysis. They have developed a solution that transforms the pharmacovigilance offering immediate benefits; efficiency and effectiveness in process automation; simple and rapid access to data; accelerate early detection of safety or quality issues.

The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for eliciting, understanding, and supporting the business needs of clients (external, internal, and partners) in relation to the Reportum platforms throughout the engagement (pre-sales to ongoing support).

The Senior Product Manager will work together with the Head of Product Management and other Product Managers, solution delivery and operations teams to ensure that business requirements are translated into documented requirements, and suitable designs.

The Senior Product Manager will act as a key contact during the design and build of assigned new features, improvements or bug fixes. In addition, the Senior Product Manager will also help design process improvements and new

templates for the Product Team. They will also develop a market awareness and pro-actively manage and own parts of the Product Roadmap independently with input from Head of Product Management.

Responsibilities

? Understand all aspects of products and partner integrations.

? Work with a client team to determine out how best to implement improvements and new features into the product(s).

? Prepare for and facilitate client workshops to elicit gaps between unmet requirements in the product(s).

? Understand and analyse client business processes and requirements, documenting the output in the form of business process flows, structured requirements and design approaches.

? Own the requirements, specification and design relating to a software release.

? Input to the production of technical specifications.

? Write functional specifications.

? Fulfil the agile team role of Product Owner for assigned features, improvements and bug fixes. Resolving questions and ambiguity.

? Work with the development and test team to prioritise, plan and estimate effort for

development tasks.

? Create and manage Agile task entries in the work tracking system, including clear definitions, scenarios and acceptance criteria.

? Create client and internal presentations regarding product features or business configuration designs.

? Contribute to delivery planning and scheduling deliverable, shared client project plans and schedules.

? Participate in company audit preparations and presentations.

? Train internal users on product(s) and integrations.

? Aid in the creation and upkeep of product knowledge documentation.

? Help test team investigate issues on product(s) and integrations.

? Mentoring and supporting for all team members requiring in-depth Product knowledge.

? Work independently to break business problems statements into fully specified and sized new features or improvements, including technical team coordination and client communication.

? Have an awareness of competing products in the market and input into discussions to create competitive features.

? Independently balance competing priorities for each feature set, with ability to recognise where compromises can be made while achieving a Minimal Viable Product (MVP).

? Ability to understand technical implementation details to be able to propose how functional extensions to the product can be achieved.

Requirements

? Graduate in Life-Sciences subject (e.g. Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biology, Pharmacy...) or

Computer Sciences discipline.

? Significant documented experience in Business Analysis, Product Ownership or Product

Management.

? Experience in the Biopharmaceutical or Lifesciences industry is highly desirable.

? Experience working in start-up / scale-up organisation of advantage.

? Participation in one or more large systems implementation projects through the full project lifecycle.

? Evidence of process design and documentation.
