Lab Equipment Qualification Specialist

NonStop Consulting AG is looking for a candidate to join the world's largest healthcare company as a Lab Equipment Qualification Specialist!

Who exactly are we looking for?

A perfect candidate should be:

  • with scientific or technological educational background or comparable training with several years of professional experience, preferably with a focus on the pharmaceutical, chemical, biotechnological or information technology (IT) sector
  • experienced in the preparation and control of GMP documents
  • experienced in CSV or qualification of production facilities or analytical laboratory equipment
  • experienced in the administration of analytical laboratory software (not obligatory but would be regarded as an advantage - e.g. Empower, Chromeleon, Softmax pro, tiamo, or others)
  • very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • fluent in written and spoken German and English

What will you be doing in this role?

Your main tasks are going to be the following:

  • Ensuring the correct implementation of authority requirements, as well as GMP and on-time execution of the qualification of laboratory equipment.
  • Cooperation with equipment manufacturers within the scope of equipment qualifications.
  • Cooperation with various laboratories and support in troubleshooting.
  • Preparation and review of qualification documents (e.g. User Requirement Specifications (URS), design, installation, functional and performance qualifications).
  • Creation and review of SOPs and work instructions in the area of responsibility.
  • Processing of deviations (quality investigations), introduction of preventive and corrective measures (CAPA), as well as the implementation of changes (change control)
  • in the area of responsibility.
