Senior Clinical Site Manager (Remote)

Hobson Prior are looking for a Senior Clinical Site Manager (Remote) to join a brilliant organization on a permanent basis, located in London (remote/Hybrid). Our Client is focused on providing their clients with first-class and agile research.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement a site engagement strategy/ plan in close collaboration with the clinical team and key stakeholders throughout the clinical trial lifecycle.
• Support the clinical team in coordinating and executing site engagement activities by understanding the competitive landscape.
• Capture study hurdles, and apply motivational tactics to ensure timely study execution.
• Engage, asses and develop a global network of high performing study sites to raise awareness of the company activities to increase desire to partner.
• Build and maintain relationships with organizations that advocate for trail site involvement.
• Assist in identifying high performing trial sites and key stakeholder who can contribute to forums/discussions.
• Participate in key therapeutic training/meetings and train new investigators to work on clinical trials
• Responsible for early engagement of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)/ sites/ patient organizations and primary point of contact for them throughout the study.
• Assist the CPM with the management of the study i.e. vendor management, training and logistics.
• Oversee the eTMF.
• Work closely with clinical project managers and team members to provide updates of all aspects of the clinical trial.
• Use all decentralized clinical trial (DCT) methods.
• Ensure studies are ready for audits/ inspections.
• Ensure result findings are addressed in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years CRA onsite experience.
