Chief Product Officer

They ensure clients satisfaction by rapid, efficient and cost-effective working practices.

They are now seeking a Chief Product Officer to join their team

Role Overview:

As the Chief Product Officer, you will be a visionary and innovator for the company. You will be responsible for providing input, insight and guidance into what is needed on improving the product. Working with the best developers that have access to excellent software/technology, you will be able to make your ideas happen. You will be checking the system to ensure it works correctly, dealing with any issues with the goal to create an elegant solution for the clients. As well as advising on the product, the Chief Product Officer will need to have the ability to consult and advise clients on tailored solutions that fit their needs. Being part of the development is also important as this will create fluency in fully understanding the system in order to promote and sell the solutions in an engaging and fluid manner. 

Responsibilities:

Product Design:

  • Product vision and innovation: Push the MI technology into new century combining latest tech innovation and trends into our product. Product design: Spec out the product that is needed in the market. Product development: Work with the tech team, so they are clear on what functionality is needed. Oversee the results delivered by the tech team.

Business Development:

  • Work with the clients on what is needed for them and how the company can accommodate them. Participate in sales call/meetings with potential clients.

Company Management:

  • Be active part of C level management team. Participate in company direction decisions.

Experience/Knowledge/Skills:

At least 5-10 years Medical Information experience

Experience working in a CRO, Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology company.

Commercial background desirable

Excellent communication

Comfortable in a client facing role

Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills

Flexibility to travel when needed

Qualifications:

Education requirements: Academic level of education in (Bio-) Medical Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences.
