Strategic responsibility for overall Operations, maintenance, and reliability of asset portfolio, from existing production facilities through to current and planned CAPEX green / brownfield projects. With multiple direct reports across each stage of the asset life cycle stages, it is imperative to have a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical / biotech product and manufacturing industry.
Scope Of the Role:
- Development of asset engineering team capability through embedment of a structured L&D program, coaching and mentoring Collaboration across multiple departments including manufacturing, research and development, regulatory and external design & engineering partners. HSE behavioral and cultural step change development, driving a 100% LTI goal through continuous improvement. Develop, execute, and support key initiatives on production performance with preventative and risk mitigation strategy CAPEX & OPEX ownership across multi-site, multi geo locations ensuring safety, quality, service level improvement, cash flow and productivity are organizationally embedded. Develop technical competencies to upskill engineering, maintenance, and facilities teams in partnership with the organizational development HR team proponent.
Qualifications, Experience, Skills
- Degree in Engineering Exceptional understanding of Asset Reliability in terms of Manufacturing context Experienced in Six Sigma, Lean Systems Concepts and Principles 5+ years of experience in managerial roles Financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting experience Ambassador for Lean, Six Sigma, Operations Excellence Exemplary written and verbal communication skills Strong organization and planning skills Expertise in manufacturing optimization
