Buckinghamshire – hybrid working
My client, an award-winning healthcare communications agency is expanding their scientific and editorial team due to on-going success.
If you are an experienced senior or principal medical writer working within medical communications, this is a truly phenomenal opportunity to join an award-winning organisation working on a variety of therapeutic areas. You will play an active part in the development and leadership of the team.
You will have the opportunity to create innovative and clinically relevant communications that will improve patient outcomes. Leading on scientific strategy and medical writing content across key accounts – overseeing process, resource, and training.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver a range of content to the highest possible standards
- Ensure all budgets and timelines are met for projects, whilst proactively identifying solutions where needed
- Assist the wider team with projects as and when required
- Play an active part in pitch development and new business initiatives
- Discovering new ways to grow the business
- Play an active role in line management, mentoring and guiding junior members of the team
Skills
- Solid medical writing experience, ideally gained within an agency
- Passion for digital communications
- Confident and comfortable developing and maintaining client relationships
- Keen eye for detail, ensuring work is always created to the highest standards
- Line management skills would be desirable
- Life science degree
