Breast AI Business Manager DACH

Proclinical is currently seeking a Breast AI Sales Specialist for a medical software organization. This is on a permanent basis and located in Germany. The client is focused on establishing and assessing treatment outcomes.

Job Responsibilities:

• Directing the business and managing the acceleration of the revenue growth in the DACH region
• Presenting products to key leaders and discovering the pain points in breast screening & diagnosis space
• Improving product-market fit strategies by closely working with professional resources from the innovative mammography imaging partner(s) in the region
• Executing regional business & marketing activities with internal and external peers
• Updating abreast of market research with internal resources and co-establish mid-term and long-term strategic business and budget plans with the VP of business development and the leadership of headquarter

Skills and Requirements:

• Advanced scientific degree (MBA, MD, Ph.D.)
• 5+ years experience in modality sales or clinical application in radiology preferred
• Native German & fluent English speaking
• Travel across the DACH region to perform demonstrations and business presentations
• Prior experience in both business and clinical perspective
• Familiarity with working in a 'start-up' environment
• Ability to motivate and work well with diverse, global, and cross-functional teams
• Success in exceeding forecasted targets
• Some level of understanding of medical papers
• Experience or ability to establish business strategies based on clinical evidence
• Ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including C-level
• Strong verbal skills
• Strong written communication skills
• Motivated in the introduction & development of new artificial intelligence technologies
