Your Responsibilities

  • Achieve annual sales goals and metrics
  • Develop and implement sales strategy for assigned and new customers
  • Build relationships with key decision makers at target customers 
  • Build and maintain customer relationships to achieve business growth
  • Maintain growth in competitive markets through innovative sales and marketing strategies
  • Evaluate competitive and market analysis
  • Accountability for budget
  • Lead proposal consultations and other client meetings
  • Collaborate with VP, Business Development for proposals and assist with proposal submissions and sponsorships
  • Maximize client satisfaction
  • Communicate regularly with operational project teams to ensure potential for follow-on contracts
  • Contribute to the annual forecast in collaboration with the respective leadership team
  • Ensure all proposal/contract details, client meetings and relevant updates are captured and maintained

 

Your Profile

  • Long-term sales experience with CROs
  • At least 5 years of experience successfully selling for other CROs
  • Experience in vendor/client model and proposal processing and pricing
  • Experience in building and maintaining customer relationships
  • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to effectively lead, coach and motivate other team members
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in business English, other foreign languages welcome
