Albion Rye Associates are delighted to be partnered with an outstanding health communication and medical education agency on the search for a key hire! If you're a Senior Account Manager looking for a step-up or an Account Director looking to join an innovative and collaborative agency then read ahead!

 

Our client works for pharmaceutical, medical device, consumer health companies, government agencies, medical societies and advocacy organisations across an array of therapy areas. These include: cardiovascular, CNS, dermatology, diabetes, gastroenterology, haemophilia, immunology, infectious diseases, disease, oncology, ophthalmology, optical care, osteoporosis, rare diseases, respiratory and urology.

The Role:

  • You will have excellent account handling, written and verbal communication skills and leadership skills
  • Managing teams across multiple projects and leading busy and varied accounts across creative, digital and medical education to ensure clients' needs are met
  • Client liaison and consulting on the strategic decision of accounts and proactive development, identifying opportunities for growth
  • Provide insight into therapy areas
  • Financial reporting and budget and timeline tracking
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop and present new business proposals
  • Mentor and line manage team members
