Project Lead

This is an exciting time to join a growing and innovative company specialising in the sourcing, development, storage and distribution of cell therapy products.

As part of their continued growth, they are now seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager to serve as the key link between the development team and all other functions to ensure all targets are met, including the completion of projects according to schedules and budgets as well as support the delivery of services and processes supporting key strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate cross-functional project members ensure projects are completed according to deliverables and timelines. Most projects will be focused around process development.
• Work closely with a variety of internal functions and clients securing new projects, identifying resources needed as well as arrange schedules and manage overall project
• Responsible for overall project success, lead team meetings, collect and prepare status reports, maintain detailed schedule for all projects
• Keep track of financials including budgets and reporting of expended budgets
• Assist in the review, writing and implementation of new project management processes
• Occasional travel (project dependent)

Your Background:

• Minimum degree educated in a relevant science
• Strong experience in project management
• Experience working within cell therapy
• Experience working with PM tools and process is beneficial e.g. Six Sigma, Agile is beneficial
• PMP qualification is beneficial
