Job Details

The HEOR/Market Access team at Albion Rye Associates are thrilled to be partnering with a highly reputable and consistently growing HEOR consultancy to expand their management capacity. The organisation prides itself on its ability to combine commercial strategy and robust technical standards to provide holistic solutions for their clients.

 

They are looking for a technically minded leader to be their next Manager of HEOR & Access.

 

ESSENTIAL!

  • Proven experience and expertise within one (or more) of the following areas: Health Economics/Modelling Outcomes Research HTA

 

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Project management (~70% of responsibility averaged over a 12 month period)
    • Responsible for high-quality delivery of projects to timescale and budget
    • Rigorous project planning alongside project management assistant and associates
    • Client management and key contact
    • Management, maintenance, and improvement of stakeholder relationships
    • Budget monitoring
    • Team management- coordinating and communicating the team’s workload and providing regular, productive feedback
  • Business Development (~15%)
    • Primary focus of meeting BD targets for existing clients
    • Secondary focus of leading pitches and proposals to new clients/actively developing and managing new business leads and offerings
  • Line Management (~15%)
    • Personal development support for team members
    • First point of contact for questions/issues
    • Providing constructive and actionable feedback to team members
    • Support an internal initiative  

 

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Prior consultancy and/or pharma experience proficiency in consulting and research methodologies (quant and qual analysis, primary and secondary research, analytic modelling)
  • Vigorous experience in leading successful HTA submissions and/or highly technical economic modelling (both would be a preference, but at least one is essential)
  • Evidence of extensive knowledge of HTA methods and processes
  • Understanding of pricing and reimbursement systems across the world
  • Minimum 2.1 in a numerical or analytical scientific discipline
  • MSc/PhD in Health Economics, Mathematics or Econometrics, Biostatistics or equivalent is preferred but not essential  

 

LOGISTICS

  • UK offices located in London and St Albans
  • Candidates MUST currently be based in Europe
  • Flexible working arrangements allow for remote working (within UK and Europe ONLY) as well as in the office
  • Occasional travel will be required
