I am actively seeking a Distribution Manager for a global pharmaceutical company who's product portfolio oversees a broad area of the rare disease space.

We have a long standing relationship with this client, in fact, we have always received consistent positive feedback from the employees we currently have working here.

This position is great for those who want build upon their Supply Chain experience. They have a dedicated team which focus on helping you to reach your professional goals through unique training and development programs in place.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage overall relationship with external LSP (Logistics Service Providers) for the warehouse and the transports.
  • Ensure requested service and costs levels are maintained
  • Operationally manage shipments for MENA&US/CA customers in cooperation with local management
  • Operationally manage daily Logistics operations with LSP for EU shipments
  • Operationally manage returns, stock alignment, over-labelling operation, destructions with LSP and transport providers
  • Drive continuous improvement projects related to the area of responsibility
  • Represent Warehousing and Transportation in Cross functional projects
  • Ensure GDP compliance of Distribution operation

Skills:

  • Very strong analytic thinking
  • Self-starter, able to work independently and picking up responsibility in a newly created Supply chain
  • Ability to work in remote teams
  • Background knowledge on Customs topics
  • Very good English (must have), French & Italian (asset)
  • SAP (MM, SD)
  • MS Excel
