THE POSITION


In your new role as Manager Pharma Network Innovation & Harmonisation you steer Transfer- and technical Lifecycle-projects across the global HPS & GQ Pharma network.


Tasks & responsibilities


  • In your new role you steer Transfer- and technical Lifecycle-projects for new and mature assets of the global HP Pharma Supply network.
  • As experienced Project Manager you are leading interdisciplinary and international teams focusing on continuous innovation and harmonisation of DP manufacturing and packaging processes.
  • With your agile mindset you foster seamless collaboration within Pharma Supply and with internal and external partners using innovative and efficient collaboration and learning platforms.
  • You are the driver for fast assessments & execution of projects with the optimal match between pharmaceutical -technological, regulatory & GMP - compliance aspects versus economical and strategic framework conditions as one of your main tasks.
  • In close collaboration with Launch- and Commercial Manufacturing - Sites you support the set up and maintenance of robust manufacturing and packaging processes for One HP assets.
  • Moreover, you report to executive decision bodies relevant for Product Lifecycle Management and HP Pharma Supply aspects.



Requirements


  • Master or diploma in the area Pharmacy, Chemistry or Engineering, PhD is of advantage
  • Experience in leading interdisciplinary teams in international context as well as managing virtual teams
  • Strong state of the art project management skills, preferably with certification in new methodologies (e.g. agile management tools)
  • Sound knowledge in Drug Product process development, scale-up and production
  • Customer centricity and quality - oriented mind set as well as reliable budget-management skills.
  • Excellent collaboration skills in intercultural environment, English is mandatory, German and Spanish beneficial
