Pre Clinical Team Lead - Technology and Innovation

I'm currently partnered with an innovative clinical stage biotech who are leaders in the development of therapeutic solutions for unmet medical needs particularly within neuroscience. They are now seeking to expand their team with an expert within the viral vectors and pre clinical setting to drive and lead all aspects of their portfolio.

Your responsibilities: 

• Lead the pre clinical portfolio and set up projects related to technology and innovative therapies (E.g cell and gene therapy, small molecules and antibodies)
• Responsible for over 4 direct reports with added influence to expand the team 
• Develop new methods to provide training and support to the project team
• Obtain and structure innovative data for patents

Your background:

• PhD or equivalent in a relevant field 
• Significant experience in management (teams, lab or people) 
• Experience in working within cell or gene therapy and pre clinical development 
• Fluency in English and French 
• Experience in any indication of neuroscience ideal
