Indirect Tax Analyst - Global Biopharmaceutical Company - 12 month contract

Planet Pharma are currently partnered with a global biopharmaceutical company who are looking for someone who has extensive VAT accounting experience to join the accounting team as an Indirect Tax Analyst. 

As part of this role, you will be responsible for supporting VAT compliance for a group of markets within Europe.
You'll be responsible for internal and external deadlines, VAT compliance related queries, the preparation of monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, or annual VAT returns and other indirect tax returns. This is all to support a recent merger with another pharmaceutical company. 

This is initially a 12 month contract with the chance to extend and is office based 2/3 days a week in their Chester offices. 

For this position, my client is looking for someone who has extensive VAT accounting experience and is keen to work within the life sciences industry. Ideally, you will have worked with SAP or Oracle.
