HR Generalist

Title: HR Generalist

Location: Bekkevoort, Belgium   

Our client, a rapidly expanding Medical Device company, we have an urgent requirement for a talented HR Generalist to join on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with key stakeholder to facilitate management-employee coaching and evaluate workplace problems and construct relevant solutions
• Manage disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations for assigned locations, functions or department
• Maintain relevant paperwork and documentation including business contracts, employment verification, work hours and benefits for all assigned functions, locations or departments
• Coordinate training and development sessions and partner with the Talent Acquisition team
• Communicate, implement and manage new HR policies whilst working on process improvement activities

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• At least 4 years professional experience in Human Resources
• Proven knowledge of local labor legislation, regulations and local benefit programs
• Fluency in both English and Dutch
