Job Details

Business Translator/ Project Manager 
Duration – 12 months
Location – Beerse, Belgium
Remote working/ Hybrid
Rate – 65 Euros /hr – 87 Euros /hr

  • Solid appetite to design from white page and challenge status quo and find out of the box solution for a selection of Therapeutic areas.
  • Experience in working in agile teams. Problem solving takes end to end ownerships of use cases.
  • Utilize market and industry knowledge to translate/anticipate user needs in meaningful way to business stakeholders.
  • Orchestrate integration of new data sources (internal, external) leading to generate new insights and reinforce customer engagement.
  • While ensuring consistency between business needs and the technical solution over time (consultative review).
  • Work across D&AS pillar to ensure KPIs, data roadmap is aligned, learn, and share best practice / success
Key responsibilities
  • Advocates for business users through requirements gathering, translation & testing during development of novel reporting solutions
  • Manages the log of development requirements and prioritizes them with input from product owner and voice of customer
  • Translates requirements through co-creation with our business technology (BT) team & collaborates on the design & review of mock-ups, mashups & final product
  • Develops user test scenarios & manages business input during user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Optimizes end-to-end user experience with a focus on tracking new requirements, communication & training for continuous improvement
  • Manages project timelines, communicates progress, and aligns cross-functional teams
  • Working with a Product and solution Manager on discovery and vision, translating research of insights into compelling reporting solutions
  • Use interviews, data, feedback, and other information-gathering methods to gain a deeper understanding of user workflows and pain points through projects management and consultative review after delivery
  • Orchestrate integration of new data sources (internal, external) leading to generate new insights and reinforce customer engagement
  • Leading validation and test sessions with users and stakeholders and delivering solutions during UAT
  • Strengthening the user experience through a feedback/consultative review and iterative development / enhancement roadmap
  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager / Project manager
  • Translating requirements into user’s stories for development in reporting software e.g., Qlik Sense
  • Prior experience of using patient-level data in analytics is a plus
  • Prior experience of integrating advanced analytics capabilities into UX design also a plus
  • Demonstrated organizational skills in managing projects under several angles
  • Proven track record of successful product launches that have driven meaningful impact to the business
  • Empathy for stepping into users’ shoes to identify potential problems and act on opportunities to deliver value to users
  • Strong interdisciplinary collaboration skills to drive change into products and design systems in a continuous, fast-paced delivery environment
  • Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with management, developers, support, and end-users
  • Practical experience of communicating ideas through workshop session or consultative review
  • Familiarity with workshops management tools & whiteboarding tools e.g., Figma, Mural
  • Experience working in an agile environment
Nice to haves
  • Familiarity in reporting solution Tableau, Google data studio, Qlik sense a plus
  • Prior practice of using patient-level data in analytics is a plus
  • Experience in Pharmaceutical industry for one of 6 focused Therapeutic areas(Cardiovascular & Metabolism; Immunology; Infectious Diseases & Vaccines; Neuroscience; Oncology; and Pulmonary Hypertension.) is a plus.
