Tasks & responsibilities


  • You will join an enthusiastic team that is committed to enhance Ethic & Compliance (E&C) Program effectiveness looking for future digitalization and automation opportunities related to Governance, Risk & Assurance (E&C GRA).
  • You will support and lead small to mid-size projects within our area under Global Compliance Officer and managers supervision.
  • You will interact and be connected with the E&C Corporate team and global E&C community supporting and facilitating interactions, providing consultation, training and communications related to GRA area.
  • To analyze data sources in an efficient manner you will utilize your technical expertise and synergies on the best methods, tools, and approaches.



Requirements


  • University degree in Business Intelligence, Economics, Business Management; or strong business relevant experience or comparable degree
  • Relevant international work experience
  • Advanced technical skills in MS Excel (pivot tables, dashboarding), MS PowerPoint (Presentation of data), bonus if knowledge in Power BI, Tableau (or other data presentation systems), or other comparable data analytics tools.
  • Fluent in conversational and business English, added benefit for intermediate language skills in German;
  • Highly motivated individual, self-starter that takes initiative, problem solver, solution-oriented.
  • Ability to work accurately, efficiently, and autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team-oriented with excellent planning and organizational as well as communication skills.
