Hiring Multiple Senior TA Business Partners for Pharma Spin-off project!

Role & Company

We're currently helping a global pharmaceutical company hire several Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partners to help manage a massive spin-off project. The roles are 4 month temporary assignments, based in Prague and with good home-working flexibility.

Our client frequently extends these contracts so you might find yourself staying longer than the 4 months, and even if you decide to go elsewhere it would be a good learning opportunity to put on your CV which could ultimately help you land your dream job in the future.

This could be the ideal role for a TA BP who wants to transition into the life-science industry, or someone who wants a step-up and progress their career.

Responsibilities

The primary responsibility for the position will be to source and hire top talent across different business groups, for one or multiple countries within the EMEA region.

You will:

  • Manage and drive sourcing, assessment, selection and pre-on boarding strategies for EMEA based roles
  • Drive the talent acquisition strategy for positions across all divisions by creating the recruiting strategy in alignment with business unit goals
  • Manage major recruitment campaigns, confidential and business critical projects related to the TA global strategy
  • Ensure best in class hiring Manager and candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Ensure data compliance within Applicant Tracking Tool and provide periodic hiring status reports to business stakeholders
  • Ensure adherence to relevant geographic labour and employment laws as well as internal policies

Qualifications

  • Several years of experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes, preferably in-house
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Any experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus, but not a requirement
