We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our clients internal Talent Acquisition team within the Life sciences on a 12 month FTC basis.

Our client is a global pharmaceutical company based in the Oxford area. This opportunity would be ideal for a Talent Acquisition Professional with at least 12 months internal recruitment experience ideally within the life sciences who enjoys working a hybrid role.

Your typical day will involve managing every aspect of recruitment on your portfolio of vacancies, from initial briefing through to offer stage, hiring a broad mix of skills drawing on your prior recruitment experience.

Typical responsibilities will include.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand the organisation’s requirements and help to build job profiles that meet business needs
• Use your relationships with internal stakeholders and your knowledge of the recruitment market to influence the Talent Acquisition approach of the business
• Identify appropriate sourcing strategy, channels and social media to identify and attract the most talented people (using a mix of passive and active sourcing)
• Create attractive, compliant and diversity-friendly job adverts to promote your vacancies
• Screen applications, assessing their potential using the latest tools and technologies
• Organise and conduct candidate interviews,

Ideal Education / Experience

• Degree educated (ideally within the life sciences) or work experience equivalent
• A minimum of 12 months internal recruitment experience
• Excellent social media and writing skills (in particular LI Recruiter and Workday)

This opportunity is offered on a 12 month FTC basis. Salary is dependent on experience
