Job Details

Hobson Prior are seeking for a Clinical Project Manager to join a fantastic CRO on a contract basis with the ability to work remotely from anywhere in Germany. Our client is focused on aiding other organisation in enabling the development of new solutions and remedies for people.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • For this role, you will handle relations with business and executive shareholders both internally and externally.
  • Accountable for operating moderate to multifaceted programs and projects which involves management of task solution planning, analysis, construction and implementation.
  • You will guide as an operational interface between the client and the company for project/service solutions.
  • Produce and handle project plans and deadlines.
  • Outline project schedules, assign materials, and supervise progress.
  • The ideal candidate will train and supervise the other project management resources.
  • When needed, you will offer account oversight and assist the business development team.
  • Guarantee alignment of project goals with business objectives as well as certifying that the project team is clear on said goals.
  • Monitor and manage scope of project.
  • Any other assigned duties.

Requirements:

  • Educated to a degree level in a pertinent area and/or with at least 5 years of experience working in a clinical project management setting such as a CRO, pharmaceutical company, or any other centralised service provider used in clinical studies), or the equivalent combination of education, skills, and experience to perform the job.
  • Obtained a certification in PMP.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a project management role managing all stages of project life cycle from development of accomplished project plans and implementing the management and execution of said plans within budget and in a timely manner.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Financial insight.
  • Know-how of financial management and forecasting abilities.
  • Knowledge of project management software tools and management practices.
  • Computer literacy in MS Office, such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel and MS Project.
