Hobson Prior are looking for an Analytical Scientist to join a brilliant pharmaceutical organisation on a contract basis located in Queensborough. Our client is focused on creating, fabricating and providing pharmaceuticals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • For this position, you will collaborate with the process technologists to comprehend development problems and contribute to the understanding and assessment of analytical outcomes.
  • When needed, you will recognise new equipment and assist in its installation and qualification.
  • You will aid cost submission production.
  • To accomplish transfers and regular testing, you will evaluate data supplied by client and examine any gaps in the company's abilities and resource needs.
  • Generate documentation in aid of analytical strategy verification/validation and tactic transfer actions.
  • The ideal candidate will guarantee analytical tools are precisely upheld and calibrated.
  • Plan analytical reagents/media/cultures for basic lab use.
  • Any other assigned duties.

Requirements:

  • Educated to a degree level in a biology or chemistry discipline.
  • Acquaintance with analytical testing within a pharmaceutical setting.
  • Comprehension of the GLP documentation needs of a QC lab.
  • Previous involvement within safe working in s micro/chemical testing lab.
  • Communication skills both verbally and in writing.
  • Able to resolve issues.
