Our In Vitro Pharmacology department is part of Byondis’ research division and is mainly responsible for early stage development of our biopharmaceutical pipeline. Our work involves in vitro cell-based research to identify the potency, selectivity and mechanism of action of new compounds through a variety of techniques, using both primary cells and cell lines. We are now seeking an experienced researcher with an interest in the immuno-oncology field to join our growing team.

Your profile

  • A bachelor/HLO or master degree in life science or equivalent. PhD graduates will not be considered for this position.
  • Work experience of >5 years in immunology and cell biology preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Eager to set-up and execute (immune) cell-based assays to profile antibodies, ADCs and small molecules.
  • Hands-on experience in cell culturing and handling primary cells from blood.
  • Practical skills in standard immunological lab techniques. Experience with flow cytometry is a plus.

 Skills/Capabilities

  • Teamwork-focused, with good verbal and written communication skills in English.
