Due to continued growth, our Facilities and Asset Management team has a newly created opportunity for a Quality, Training and Compliance Manager located in Melbourne, VIC. You will ensure the effective delivery of the integrated Facilities Services contract through your leadership and ownership of the processes, systems and compliance requirements. You will undertake the training of all employees and sub-contractors, report any non-conformance and have a continuous improvement mindset to ensure targets are being met.

ABOUT YOU:
- Strong background training large teams within the pharma industry (preferred), FMCG or a highly regulated environment.
- Demonstrated experienced in quality, risk and compliance controls and mitigation strategies.
- High attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with different internal and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement principles and experience in Lean/Six Sigma advantageous.
- High level of computer literacy, including CMMSs, the Office Package & SAP.
