As the Senior Brand Manager, you will work within the broader Oncology Marketing team. This is a pivotal role within the cross-functional team contributing significantly to our Company’s future growth and having a broad impact on Australian patients living with cancer. As the SBM, you will have a strong focus on longer-term strategic planning, identifying and cementing synergies across indications and leading external partnership opportunities.

Based in Macquarie Park, Sydney, this role reports to Marketing & Solutions Lead and is an integral member of the Oncology Marketing team and broader Oncology cross-functional team.

You have proven experience in marketing and can demonstrate strong examples of doing things differently and challenging the status quo. You are comfortable with change and thrive on overcoming barriers, establishing an agile and growth mindset. You genuinely believe you can make a difference with the work you do and are a person that has impactful leadership skills and works well in a team environment.You are someone who can bring the x-factor.

Key requirements include:
  • 4 + years of marketing experience, supported by a marketing degree or MBA.
  • A keen strategic mindset and ability to engage and lead a cross-functional team
  • Creative thinking, learning agility, and the ability to develop innovative strategies.
  • Capacity for complex data analyses and strategic planning to optimise the brand and deliver on opportunities
  • Experience in Digital Marketing
  • A proven track record of driving successful outcomes in a highly competitive marketplace
  • Ability to build effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, supported by excellent communication skills.
  • Strong drive for results, sense of urgency and ability to deliver customer value underpinned by autonomous and effective decision-making abilities.
