About the role
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, this is a Strategic and hands on role where you will both create and manage all global marketing activities ensuring best in class methodologies are put in place. This is a newly created opportunity within a new division of this leading FMCG brand known for its innovation and speed to market with market leading brands. It's an amazing career opportunity to make a significant organisational impact and build a legacy as the first person in this role. Your core markets includes Singapore, Korea, Japan, Middle East, and the Pacific islands too. You will partner with key B2B customers (Retailers) to develop marketing programs that achieve business outcomes, drive brand growth and equity for their
portfolio of brands in APAC Markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement and evaluate world-class B2B and B2C marketing programs in partnership with key customers
  • Collaborate with Business Development Managers on core strategies to grow sales via concentrated and effective Trade investment
  • Collaborate with Key Strategic Customers to identify opportunities to grow the portfolio of brands through Trade investment and commercial marketing initiatives
  • Create and manage a trade calendar of activities working with both the Retail & Marketing team
  • Continuous test and learn methodology to report and evaluate campaign effectiveness
  • End-to-end management of the campaign process from brief through to production, aligning the expectations of internal and external stakeholders along the way


What you will have
To be successful in this role you will have:
  • 5 - 8 years Demonstrated experience in a similar retail/ trade marketing role in the FMCG/Retail/Consumer Durables/B2C Products or Pharma space
  • A proven track record of marketing success and brand management planning within retail/FMCG
  • A deep understanding of FMCG with strong experience delivering
    Sales for B2B Customers
  • Strong knowledge of Marketing operations, with experience in
    B2B2C delivery models
  • Strong experience developing Trade Marketing plans that align with
    the overall marketing strategy, brand and business objectives
