The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Manager has become available in the Supply Chain function at CSL Behring. Reporting to the Senior Manager Site Logistics and Warehousing and based at our Broadmeadows site, you will manage the raw material warehousing operations and delivering exceptional levels of services to all customers. You will manage the daily coordination and administration of warehousing, sampling and compliance processes for raw materials at Broadmeadows.

This is a permanent full-time position that will suit an individual that has experience managing staff and knowledge of warehouse/logistics operations.

The Role

• Manage the operational requirements to meet the business and regulatory demand
• Monitor operational expenses ensuring, where practicable, costs are within budget/forecasts
• Achieve financial goals through the management of cost-effective and timely delivery of process improvements and projects
• Support, coach, motivate and develop staff to ensure service is delivered to all customers. Where practicable, develop resourcing contingencies
• Ensure effective and compliant materials management processes and storage between facilities meet the requirements of GxP including Dangerous/Hazard Goods storage and movements
• Accurate materials control within warehousing facilities

Your skills and experience

• Tertiary qualifications Logistics or Supply Chain Management preferred
• Experience or knowledge in managing third-party providers
• Experience of Health, Safety and Environment regulations and requirements in a warehousing environment
• Experience working in cGMP environment
• 3+ years of experience with Warehouse Management Systems, ERP systems -SAP
• Experience leading medium teams
