Labcorp Drug Development is looking to hire a Associate Talent Sourcer / Associate Sourcing Specialistwilling to join fascinating world of clinical research.

Your focus would be on our Clinical Development Commercialization Services business unit (CDCS), primarily liaising with talent inPoland and few other CEE countries. Working within this unit you will gain exposure to a broad range of recruitment projects and technologies within Clinical Research and Pharmaceutical sector.

The successful applicant will gain exposure to EMEA Recruiting, in-house talent attraction initiatives, employer branding and market mapping. The role is a pure strategic sourcing role where you will partner with stakeholders to fuel the business with first in class talent and have the autonomy to network and meet new people. You will report directly into the Manager, Talent Sourcing for EMEA.

The Strategic Sourcer qualifies and delivers diverse candidate slates for a wide range of positions within assigned client group, including high-volume and difficult-to-fill positions.

Responsibilities include:
  • Executing Talent Sourcing process
  • Working predominantly with passive candidates to build/establish effective pipelines of qualified candidates
  • Sourcing candidates, consistently evaluating current and new sourcing opportunities.
  • Developing and maintaining effective recruiting networks to source diverse slates of candidates through multiple channels
  • Collect and analyze market intelligence and trends, to create more effective sourcing strategy for assigned countries


Education / Qualifications:
  • University diploma (Bachelor's level as a minimum)


To become Associate Talent Sourcer at Labcorp, we require:
  • A natural aptitude for leveraging new technologies and passion for sourcing and proactive candidate engagement
  • High level of proficiency in oral and written English and Polish. Any additional European language will be a plus.
  • Previous experience in sourcing / HR is beneficial but not mandatory
