Your new role
The role will be customer focused, largely managing the order process whilst having a small territory of clients to Account Manage also.
- Being a key ambassador of all company brands by ensuring continued customer satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Build rapport and loyalty for the company and its brands with assigned account list.
- Manage her/his territory and customers, to ensure maximum sales profitability and achievement of growth objectives as defined by Management and in accordance with the general terms and conditions of sale.
- Provide accurate response and resolution to customer enquiries, complaints, compliments, suggestions.
- Respond to inbound calls, emails, faxes, web and face to face queries within SLAs. When applicable, redirect / triage customer queries to the relevant department.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers, pharmacy staff and business partners.
- Process and/or redirect orders in AX Dynamics and Veeva CRM.
- Schedule and monitor order flow to support brand objectives.
- Allocate stock, interface orders, notify 3PL to fulfil and despatch them.
- Ensure that orders are delivered to the customer within the required timeframe. In case of any irregularity, investigate the root causes and seek remedy.
- If needed, escalate problematic cases to the Customer Care Manager who will provide further guidance and recommendations.
What you'll need to succeed
- Qualification in Marketing, Business or pharmaceuticals would be viewed favourably - GRADS welcome
- Two or more years of outbound & inbound customer service and or direct retail experience is desired
- More than 2 years’ experience in a comparable position is recommended
- Experience in the pharmacy sector will be viewed favourably
