To maximize the value of their assets through leading launch decisions based on team vision and great strategies, they are hiring an EMEA Launch Excellence Senior Manager. Join a team of 5 Experts to run the launch capabilities, sharpen the organizational launch approach and evolve in a friendly start-up kind of environment, with a strong collaborative mindset.
The position can be performed remotely, anywhere from Europe.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the launch excellence framework and run the launch strategy, also drive a robust launch readiness rhythm
- Build an informed organization with a clear communication
- Guarantee early risk identification and robust corrective actions
- Drive different dialogues to ensure and challenge launch readiness for comprehensive and clear updates, deploy SME on critical launch priorities
- Work closely with L&D to upscale launch team capabilities
WHO YOU ARE
- Bachelor or Master degree
- Several years of successful industry/business experience
- Track record of driving robust and clear organizational change
- Ability to work cross functionally to shape and challenge thinking as well as launch strategy
- Strong stakeholder management skills and exceptional communication skills
- English on a daily basis at a business level
