Therefore we are looking for individuals who would like to pursue a career in patient recruitment, have a background in clinical trials and want to become niche, or maybe a recent graduate looking for their first opportunity within clinical trials looking for that company who is going to give them that chance and develop them as a professional.

The role of a patient recruitment coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the project teams and responsibilities will include:

Support completion of all start-up and project management documentation

  • Budget management including but not limited to: Inputting into client invoicing, obtaining vendor quotes and creating task orders
  • Input into of creation of artwork, website, digital campaigns and retention item selection
  • Support translation process
  • Generate study/program KPIs

We would ideally like the following skills/experience

  • Excellent organisation and communication skills, both written and oral
  • Ability to multitask, managing a variety of projects simultaneously, and experience working with numerous stakeholders on multi projects
  • Proficient in using Google Suite and Microsoft Office programs; Excel, Word and PowerPoint
