Job Details

On behalf of my client, a global health care supplier we have a new vacancy for a Country Supply Chair Demand & Planning Executive. This is a full- time permanent position in Dublin.

 

Role & Responsibilities

  • Supply/Demand Forecasting via supply chain management tools.
  • Monitors/Manages MRP recommendations as required.
  • Manage inventory levels and effectively communicates to relevant personnel any issues within supply chain as they arise.
  • Manage Incoming delivery scheduling from internal and external suppliers in line with MRP recommendations and required inventory levels.
  • Works closely with all functions within the organization, both local and Group Collaborate both internally and with group Supply Chain teams to ensure best in class customer service/on time delivery
  • Maintains Master Data records when required.
  • Assists in the review and documentation of relevant SOP’s and participates in quality audits as required
  • Assist and Support Business Operations Manager and undertake tasks as delegated.
  • Support relative responsible functions with customer product complaints in full compliance and adherence with the departmental procedure for product complaints.
  • Report Supplier Complaints to respective vendors and monitor corrective actions to ensure quality practices are adhered to.   
  • Request Certificates of Analysis for PA Products
  • Liaise with third party logistics suppliers to ensure stock orders are completed and deliveries arranged from Supplier to Customer
  • Liaise closely with procurement ensuring supplier contracts are updated in CLM Support Finance Business partners in stock queries

Education & Skills

  • BSc or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, or comparable qualification in Purchasing & Materials Management.
  • Experience of SAP Experience of manufacturing environment
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Proven record in problem solving and ability to critically evaluate information to deliver the right solutions
  • History of delivering, taking charge of tasks and situations to successfully deliver results in a changing environment.
  • Can communicate effectively at all levels throughout the organisation
  • Confident to challenge in a respectful manner
  • Resourceful self-starter who can work on their own initiative
