Looking for a new opportunity? How about becoming a Branch Service Coordinator? Our client is on the hunt for someone to fill this exciting position!

We are looking for someone who has experience in planning and coordinating the schedules of field service techs, who have experience using simPRO Service Management System, and individuals who have an enthusiastic personality and a diligent work ethic!

The Successful Candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of field service technicians, ensuring that service level agreements are adhered to, and to ensure best practice and customer service.

We are seeking applications from candidates with experience in a planning and coordinating the schedules of field service techs, those who have experience using simPRO Service Management System, and individuals that have an enthusiastic personality and a diligent work ethic.

Duties of the role include but are not limited to:
  • Plan, analyse and change schedules in accordance with customer demands and priority levels
  • Organise the day-to-day activities of Field Service Technicians to ensure service levels are met
  • Collaborate with designers on procurement, that will ensure required material is delivered on-site in compliance with service level agreements
  • Adhere to dispatch processes and other procedures and policies
  • Management of internal and external customers to provide outstanding customer service
  • Monitor all forms of documentation from Field Service Technicians


Successful candidate with have:
  • At least two + years of planning or scheduling experience in a service, logistics or manufacturing environment
  • Previous experience using simPRO Service Management System
  • Bachelor of Business or a technical qualification ideal
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Australian permanent residency or Australian citizenship
