THE POSITION

This role will be part of the new IT Marketing & Sales, Omnichannel Solutions team. Our team delivers innovations from direct to customer products, systems, applications, and tools which enhance customer insight, enables end to end customer journey, and to provide a meaningful and memorable experience.

In your new role, you will lead the Global Capability Cluster Team known as Owned Digital Channels, working with teammates across multiple countries on global projects. Our capabilities includes Approved Email, eDetailing, Remote Engagements, Social Media Customer Engagements and Third-Party Media Engagement.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Through ongoing consultation with business clients, you identify and analyze business needs, influence and negotiate scope and requirements, and champion innovative process changes and/or technology-enabled solutions.
  • Using your thorough understanding of multiple business domains, you adopt a leadership role to influence IT-related business decisions through a consistent and direct engagement of clients at all levels.
  • Thanks to your deep knowledge and understanding of the IT target application landscape, you map requirements into existing systems or identify and address the need for new technologies.
  • You lead and manage IT projects of different magnitude from beginning to end, in most cases following Agile Scrum methodology. You can also act as Scrum Master.
  • Supported by 3rd party IT providers and/or other IT colleagues, you provide information technology-related systems and services for the previously mentioned digital channels.
  • You are accountable for the monitoring of KPIs and metrics around Service Management and to ensure maximum adherence to the SLAs.


Requirements

  • Master’s degree in engineering, science, or IT-related field with several years of international experience in a complex business environment
  • Experience in leading complex business systems projects in conjunction with business process improvement, and decision-making support, as well as experience with Omnichannel Solutions
  • Hands-on experience in developing, maintaining, and applying a business, data, application and technical architecture within a functional domain and strong experience in system analysis, design, and implementation
  • Deep project management experience with several successful projects in multiple business areas and experience in managing consultant resources and external creative and technical personnel
  • Knowledge of Veeva CRM and the modules Veeva Engage, Veeva Approved E-mails and Veeva CLM is a plus
  • Knowledge on Remote engagement channels like Webinar/Webcast, Social Media, Third party media engagements is a plus
  • Experience with Agile Scrum methodology; Jira/Confluence experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills in English with relationship development and management capabilities
