Customer Account Executive Digital and Telesales Executive - Pharmaceuticals - Lincolnshire
PART TIME OPPORTUNITY - hours negotiable
Our client is a small sized internationally established Pharmaceutical company that focuses on the development, in-licensing and marketing of prescription products for the treatment of gastrointestinal diseases. They are well established in the UK and with product line extensions and new product launches will see their sales and growth continue to rapidly expand. Their flexible and agile approach means they are in tune with the ever-changing NHS and they have a powerful reputation with their customer.
They now seek talented individuals to work as a Customer Account Executive Digital and Telesales Executive raising awareness of the client's exciting product with Dispensing Doctors Nationally while based from their Wellingore Office.
Key responsibilities will include:
- To facilitate contact with targeted customers
- To create and maintain quality and professional relationships with customers
- To take incoming calls enquiring about the supply of their medicines
- To liaise with any customer queries related to commercial campaigns
- To set up and onboard new dispensing practices on their Dispensing Scheme
- To promote awareness of their portfolio of products to organisations involved in the distribution and dispensing of pharmaceuticals.
- To sell and promote products in accordance with the ABPI code of practice
- Working in cooperation with Key Account Managers and sales functions
Qualifications/Experiences required:
- Graduate calibre, ideally in a life science
- Sales experience, ideally with some experience in telesales.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen, examples of driving individual commercial performance
- Ability to work in a complex environment - interpersonal, communication and influencing skills
- Proven ability to interact with customers
- Energetic and enthusiastic
