What we're looking for

 

We're looking for an enthusiastic, flexible and process driven recruiter to join our growing team here in Twickenham.

 

A successful candidate would have the following qualities:

 

• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• Be goal-orientated
• Have strong negotiation & persuasion skills
• Enjoy working as part of a team
• Be ambitious & confident
• Have a positive and determined mindset
• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
• 2 - 5 years recruitment experience, preferred experience within Life Sciences recruitment

What you'll be doing

 

You’ll be working with our experienced senior team recruiting all level roles for our global clients.

 

You'll develop and maintain key relationships with our clients, whilst focusing on business development to find exciting new opportunities to continue growing our client base.

 

You'll identify and proactively source candidates for our global clients through focused recruitment methods such as headhunting and sourcing.

 

You'll use your knowledge of markets and brand development skills to develop our brand with our current and new client
