Clinical Trials Manager

Hobson Prior are working alongside a brilliant biotech establishment who are currently in search for a Clinical Trials Manager to join on a contract basis located in Uxbridge. Our client is focused on producing novel remedies to treat life-threatening diseases.

Key Responsibilities:

• To guarantee trial progress, you will engage with cross-functional teams both on an internal and external basis.
• When needed, you will perform oversight supervising visits.
• Draft and organised evaluation of pertinent papers which involves protocols, notified consents, case report forms, monitoring plans, investigator brochures, and clinical study documents.
• The ideal candidate might be asked to coach CROs, suppliers, investigators and study organisers on study needs.
• Partake in the development of RFP's and contribute to the selection of CROs/suppliers.
• For this role, you will handle the European components of international phases II-III outsourced studies handled by a clinical program manager.
• Guarantee efficiency of site budget/contract process.
• Any other assigned duties.

Requirements:

• Educated to a degree level or advanced within a scientific field.
• Familiarity within oncology.
• Know-how and comprehension of FDA and EU guidelines, ICH regulations, and GCPs regulating the performance of clinical trials.
• Capable of comprehending, and explaining protocol needs to others.
• Able to contribute to various divisional or interdivisional tactical initiatives while under minimal supervision.
• Multinational clinical trials experience, ideally within the EU which involves study management/organisation.
• Supervising experience would be ideal for site oversight supervising visits.
• Functional knowledge to assist in SOP development and execution.
