We are looking for a Project Manager/website administrator to join our MRT team in Lyon.
In this role, you will be responsible for coordination, execution, control and completion of single service projects ensuring consistency with SOPs , service-line best practices, project contracts and budgets.
Mapi Research Trust (MRT) is an independent non-profit organization specialized in Clinical Outcome Assessment (COA) information. We collect, store, analyze and distribute information to the entire scientific community. https://mapi-trust.org/
We maintain the ePROVIDE platform, which hosts three databases focused on COAs. https://eprovide.mapi-trust.org/

Overview of role:
- Administrate ePROVIDE portal and assist product owner in the management of database portal, qualification of users’ needs, writing of scope of work/specifications documents
- Participate in the selection of IT providers and the chosen solution
- Manage relationships with the providers, and maintenance follow-up on a daily basis
- Perform database portal modelling, structuration and settings, ensure data/databases, migration, perform tests, check deliveries and quality check developments, contribute to the definition of formats and rights and rules in the context of the applicable norms and standards
- Coordinate users and contributors by investigating their needs and their usage of the database portal
- Write guidelines and instructions
- Client/User support: answering inquiries related to databases about content and user experience
- Leading client demos in WebEx/TC/F2F, follow-up of client’s feedback (coming from clients, BD or others)
- Reporting: update of tables and monthly dashboards
- Projects management - budget, timelines, resources and risk management using agile /scrum methodology
To succeed you will need:
- Excellent project management skills - Experience of min 3 years
- Scrum methodology - Experience of min 3 years
- Excellent customer service skills, including ability to communicate clearly with clients and resolve customer issues or complaints,
- Process-driven and strong attention to detail with superior organizational skills
- Strong team player
- Excellent abilities in creative thinking, communication & collaboration
- Experience in managing multiple, varied tasks simultaneously and independently
- Self-motivated and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- MS Office Suite
- JIRA
- Knowledge of languages such as Php, MySQL/MongoDB/Elastic search, or solutions/framework such as Linux servers, AWS, Nginx, Apache is a plus
- Fluency in English, knowledge in French is a plus
