The role:
Our Global Project Delivery group is integral to the success of our studies and is the ideal environment for talented Project Management individuals to develop their career.
As a senior level individual contributor, the focus of your role will be providing strategic and operational leadership to project teams across the EAPA region.
You will have operational oversight of all activities within a portfolio of projects, ensuring correct implementation of study activities to ensure a high standards of delivery.
Multi project and program oversight, risk management, financial and budgetary responsibility, high level client management and and business development are all aspects of this challenging yet rewarding senior opportunity.
Additionally you will also be involved in global initiatives to improve policies, procedures and business processes.
The working environment within Project Delivery is highly visible and places strong emphasis on remaining quality focused. This is in part due to its passion for constant improvement, focus on client satisfaction and the talented individuals who contribute to its success.

We are seeking individuals who are.....
Delivery focused, engaging leaders and strategic thinkers
To enable success in this position you will have:
Extensive experience in clinical research including an outstanding track record of success within global project management
Demonstrable skills in the following areas: team-building, leadership, client interaction, cross-functional relationship building, conflict resolution and risk management
Exceptional financial acumen
A strong familiarity with a key indication; oncology or gene therapy would be particularly advantageous.
Previous CRO experience is strongly desired
The flexibility to travel internationally, as required
