Job Details

GCP Quality Assurance Auditor, QA Manager, Snr QA Manager - UK Wide - Home Based - 4 OR 5 FIVE DAYS PER WEEK

Who is the company?

Our clients’ business is promoted on flexibility, being responsive and the depth of experience available on auditing. After recently surveying their clients on why they work with them they gained fantastic feedback which included statements such as being easy to work with, having great communication and also that clients practically took it for granted that they just had the experience they were looking for. The business prides itself on being flexible to their clients’ needs and providing expert solutions in global Quality Assurance.

Who will this suit?

Experience in GCP Auditing is a must, and whilst we are open-minded on the level of experience, you should have at least a few years of dedicated GCP Auditing under your belt, preferably with at least 30 ISAs (Investigator Site Audits) completed.

This is an unrivalled opportunity to work in a dedicated auditing role with leadership and development from some of the industries most experienced and respected QA professionals. In addition, there are multiple opportunities for career development and progression.

Are you looking for a little less travel far and wide? Would you like more travel to faraway places? They are happy to accommodate both preferences. A four day week is also possible, so please do check with us to see if you could be eligible.

This is also a privately owned business, so it has more of a 'family' feel to it. They take personal circumstances into consideration and will go so far as to develop roles around people for long-term opportunities, encouraging long-term career journeys.

Key Responsibilities

The GCP Auditor will usually travel to site two - three times per month, less if travelling further afield.

  • Plan, conduct, report and follow up contracted audits within agreed budget and timelines
  • Manage the fulfilment of assigned contracted activities; identify and escalate any potential out-of-scope activities
  • Keep company Senior Director of QA/project manager, and the client where applicable, informed of the progress of all assigned contracted activities and any issues that may arise by providing regular updates and maintaining effective communication
  • Foster and maintain good, professional working relationships with clients and identify new business opportunities
  • Actively contribute to the ongoing development and process improvement
  • Report any identified internal quality/compliance issues
