Who is the company?

Our client is an exciting QA consulting firm with a global presence and exciting plan for the continued growth of the business. Although they have been established in the UK for a while, due to exciting company growth we are assisting with building their UK team at a more accelerated rate – very exciting times!

They take a modern attitude towards management, autonomy, work/life balance, inclusivity and a seemingly casual feel to the culture. This is a professional organisation with wonderful leadership that is showing true value and commitment to their employees.

This environment comes from decades of experience in quality assurance, understanding how to effectively run and manage projects, whilst keeping a clear focus on a harmonious work environment.

The team is flexible and agile, focusing on close countries/regions for travel with the option of travelling further afield if so desired. They also offer an online yoga class once per week as well as paid for travel for work events, training and client/team-building sessions. This is a truly innovative and exciting business.

Who will this suit?

Experience in GCP Auditing is a must, and whilst we are open-minded on the level of experience, you should have at least a few years of dedicated GCP Auditing under your belt.

This is a dynamic, positive and energised business. The leadership are not just experienced in auditing, they also want to build a fun and positive business that shows they value their employees and actively reward and support them.

Are you looking for a little less travel far and wide? Would you like more travel to faraway places? They are happy to accommodate both preferences.

Are you keen to work more closely with senior management, develop processes, have your say in the growth and strategy of the business? This is a company that encourages input and strives for a continued collaborative and harmonious environment.

This is also a privately owned business, so it has more of a 'family' feel to it. They take personal circumstances into consideration and will go so far as to develop roles around people for long-term opportunities, encouraging long-term career journeys.

Key Responsibilities

The GCP Auditor will usually travel to site approximately three times per month. It would be less if travelling further afield.

  • Conducts all project-related tasks (planning, performance, reporting and/or follow-up) assigned by the Managing Director; schedules appointments as necessary for the conduct of such activities Discusses findings with Managing Director or Project Manager and writes the report for approval by the Managing Director or Program Manager Experienced in the conduct of various types of audits (site audits, inspection readiness assessments, systems audits, vendor audits, document audits, etc), including audit planning, performance, reporting and follow-up Excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills Good time management with the ability to organize tasks effectively Flexibility to adapt a schedule to focus on key risks identified during an audit Ability to meet client defined timelines Knowledge of all laws, regulations and guidelines applicable to the audits assigned, such as ICH-GCP, GMP, GLP, FDA CFR, ISO 9001, the ENGAGE Auditing Guideline, local regulations Understanding of all processes and procedures to be followed (QSPs)
