Hobson Prior are seeking for a Senior Medical Writer - Medical Communication to join a brilliant pharmaceutical establishment on a permanent basis with the ability to work remotely from anywhere in the UK. Our client is focused on discovering and comprehending the how and why some people's lungs are incapable of protecting themselves.

Key Responsibilities:

  • For this role, you will analyse, comprehend, and summarise data from multiple sources to create precise and insightful overviews for a variety of target audiences.
  • Uphold professional working relations with authors, thought leaders and external organisations assisting in the production of content.
  • Guarantee that editorial style is suitable, continuous within and between papers, in line with business style and of the highest standard.
  • You will evolve expert knowledge in therapeutic area as well as around SGN001.
  • Create content for a wide range of medical and scientific deliverables which involves, manuscripts, abstracts, meeting presentations as well as training.
  • The ideal candidate will consider feedback from scientific and editorial evaluation, incorporating multifaceted comments and resolving questions.

Requirements:

  • Educated to a university degree level in a life science discipline.
  • AT least 3 - 5 years of experience in medical writing which involves exposure to US, UK and European markets.
  • Proven record in publication planning and delivery.
  • Knowledge in pulmonology, infectious disease, and/or critical care.
  • Comprehension of the present publication setting, ICMJE, GPP3, and any other pertinent regulations to scientific data dissemination.
  • Comprehension of multifaceted scientific and medical ideas, as well as an adaptable writing style to create a full range of publication plan outputs.
