As part of the IMI transformation, we have a newly created Healthcare Network Partner role in NSW.

Our 2025 ambition for Pharma ANZ is to transform the standard of care for twice as many patients twice as fast. To make this bold ambition a reality we know we need to elevate the way we work which is how the Healthcare Network Partner role was born.

As Healthcare Network Partner you will take the lead in developing strategic, future-focused partnerships within the healthcare ecosystems creating value for the healthcare system, patients and Novartis. You will work with a wide range of external stakeholders developing a deep understanding of their needs and then co-create and implement solutions that deliver faster and broader access for patients. Whilst the role is externally focused, you will work with your internal colleagues to harness the expertise and scientific capability of Novartis. This will include collaborating with the Head of Customer Solutions, Brand Teams and Pre-Launch Teams to understand areas of strategic focus, tension points within the patient journey and working together to co-create solutions with our partners.

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Build Ecosystem Value Creation plans through;
  • Developing a deep understanding of key patient journeys (2+3+4) within the healthcare ecosystem.
  • Building detailed stakeholder maps demonstrating in-depth understanding of partners' needs,

the connection between partners and the influence each partner has on the patient journey.
  • Lead the development of the relationship between Novartis and key partners, coordinating the full breadth of Novartis expertise and capability to identify and deliver on the Ecosystem Value Creation plans. This includes collaboration with medical to identify and deliver "Executive Encounters" with key partners.

Implement Ecosystem Value Creation plans through co-creating solutions that achieve the goal of healthcare system strengthening and delivering value for patients and Novartis.
  • Must be driven by solving for partners needs and addressing pain points in the patient journey (see above)
  • Developed in conjunction with partners, the Head of Healthcare Solution and other relevant internal stakeholders.
  • Develop measurement plan to assess solutions and drive continuous improvement.

  • Strategic and operational business to business (B2B) account management with demonstrated experience in building enduring, externally-focused partnerships
  • Demonstrated experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams through complex, long-term projects that have delivered successful customer and commercial outcomes
