Job title: Senior CRA
Location: Germany (remote)
Salary: €60-78k plus bonus scheme and benefits
Typical number of visits: 6-8 per month
Travel: Mainly throughout Germany but also covering Austria and Switzerland.
We are recruiting for an established award winning global full service CRO providing clinical services to a wide range of pharmaceutical, biotechnology as well as medical devices organisations. Having seen steady growth over the last couple of years they continue to expand their clinical operations team and are looking for experienced CRA’s to help support their expansion in Germany and the DACH region.
With experienced teams and an understanding of the importance that everyone within the team plays, to provide an excellent client experience, our client provides tailored training programmes based on your needs as well as your career goals with opportunities to work cross-functionally and CRA leadership roles. Projects are often working with smaller biotechnology companies on projects from study start-up to Close out. Travel is typically 6-8 visits on site per month, however, our client is mindful of the impact that too much travel can have.
Who are we looking for?
An experienced Clinical Research Associate / CRA who is looking for a supportive and collaborative working environment who is an excellent team player, with excellent attention to detail and communication and presentation skills. A minimum of a university degree in a health/life sciences related field is essential with previous commercial experience as a CRA (minimum of 2 years)
Typical CRA responsibilities will include
- Perform on -site visits, covering site initiation, monitoring and closeout visits
- Monitor activities at study sites to assure adherence to GCP, ICH, SOPs and study protocols
- Responsible for working on multiple projects Working with multiple clinical vendors
- Supporting and suggesting improvements for sites patient recruitment and retention programmes
- Train and mentor junior staff as and when required.
